Did Earl ruin your beach plans this weekend? Then, head on over to the 19th annual Louisa Air show on Saturday! The airshow will take place from 11 a.m.- 4p.m. at Louisa County Airport/Freeman Field. There will be aerobatic performances, aircraft static displays, radio-controlled model airplanes, food, music, face-painting, ballons, aircraft rides (fee), exhibits, and more. In other airshow news, I just received some great photos from Ben Johnson of Shenandoah Valley Soaring Soceity from the Shenandoah Valley Ultralight Flight Festival, held on July 17 at Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport. Looks like a good time was had by all!
